Our commitment is to support the physical and mental health and well-being of School Leaders.
School leadership is challenging and it can take its toll, physically and mentally. Long days lacking a pattern can make maintaining a healthy lifestyle through exercise and diet almost impossible. The endless high-level strategic thinking and decision making can impact on sleep patterns and mental well-being.
Who is BootcampED for?
