Reviews
No matter how successful your organisation, there will be areas that you wish to develop further. Often there is not the time or capacity amongst your senior team to carry out these reviews in a deep and meaningful way. Or, you may just be looking for an external viewpoint to test the quality of a particular feature of your school, to ask the difficult questions or the very simplest one - Why?

The parameters for the review will be set in collaboration with you, ensuring that your principles and values and the context of your school are fully taken into account. The review will end with a report and a series of recommendations for you to take forward in your school. Reviews are available in the following areas:

- Vision through to strategic planning - testing if there is a coherent and consistent approach taken across all areas of the school in line with the vision of you and the governors
- Impact reviews - working with senior and middle leaders to assess the impact they are having on the School Improvement plan, making sure that all leaders are pulling in your direction!
- Pupil Premium reviews - assessing the collective impact of the school's work on Pupil Premium students. You may have a particular area you would like to focus on or it may be that you would just like to test the Pupil Premium student experience
- Financial Reviews - in these challenging times it can seem that balancing the books takes priority over the educational focus of the school. With experience of saving significant sums of money through creative solutions and, sometimes, difficult decisions we can help with this frustrating aspect of school life
- Cohort Reviews - A holistic and comprehensive review of the progress, behaviour for learning and attitudes to learning of a particular cohort. Perhaps a group of students or a whole year group who are a cause for concern

If you have leaders who are ready to take the next step and are interested in being creative in solving the challenges our profession faces then we offer a bespoke coaching/personal development service. This is not an accredited service. however, with many years experience of getting the best out of leaders, we can offer an individual programme to support tomorrow's leaders to define their own educational vision, principles and values.
